Washburn & Associates is not a traditional firm, which only "lists" businesses. We specialize in pharmacies and are a hands-on firm that takes on projects and sees them through to their conclusion. Jack Washburn: has been in the
pharmacy industry since 1972. With a majority of those years in mergers and
acquisitions of pharmacies including independent pharmacies, pharmacy
chains, retail pharmacy, compounding pharmacies, specialty pharmacy,
pharmacies sending mail order, and wholesale pharmacy distributors. VP of Acquisitions
Brad MacLiver: Ten years in pharmacy acquisitions. Twenty two years ownership of a commercial finance consulting firm working with sophisticated investors, commercial finance companies, venture capitalists, and major institutions. Services included financing the expansion and acquisition of commercial operations nation wide. Area Representatives: Washburn & Associates maintains a nationwide presence through our use of Area Representatives. All Reps work exclusively for Washburn & Associates in the pharmacy arena. They are trained for the specific operating procedures used to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Services Provided Valuations – Before an acquisition or bank loan the pharmacy business must have an objective and current market value of the business. Quick Analysis Valuation – This Free Valuation is calculated using the client’s basic company information, local demographics and comparisons, along with national standards. The simple accounting formulas used by most brokers are not used. Detailed Analysis - Using a complex method, a current market valuation is calculated for the pharmacy business. The businesses’ financial statements, tax returns and other hard data are used in this analysis. Brokerage - Nationwide full service brokerage.
