Washburn & Associates is a national company, and the industry leader in providing acquisition and consultation services to sellers, buyers, and financiers in the pharmacy industry. Experience plays a major role in understanding the market, providing real time valuations, negotiating win/win transactions, and having the ability to provide expert service throughout the entire acquisition process.

As President of Washburn & Associates, Jack oversees all transactions. Working in the pharmacy industry since 1972, he has the proven successful experience and is known as an expert in both the legal and corporate aspects of transferring the ownership of pharmacies.

Successful transactions have involved pharmacies in retail, closed door, mail order, wholesale, consulting, financing, valuations, audits, and new construction. Yearly pharmacy valuations and audits exceed $1 billion. Jack’s skills and expertise have assisted in closing a single transaction as large as $100 million, along with establishing a funding program that will provide financing for small and regional pharmacy chains and financing for independent pharmacy owners.

Jack also serves on the Board of the Greenwoods State Bank Pharmacy Advisory Board, the DaneVest Pharmacy Advisory Board, Senior Vice President of The American Wellness Alliance Group, LLC.
